By far the best Chinese takeaway we have had in wigan for years. The good arrives perfectly prepared, nice clean (non of the skillet scrapings that can be found in some dishes) food that tastes great. I won't go anywhere else now....I'm here for life! Keep up the good work guys!

Everything great, friendly staff and service is very quick. This shop has been a few different takeaways in its time, but Canton Chef is definitely one of the best. Portion sizes are always generous, and they don't scrimp on the chicken in the curry. Ribs are great as well

My favourite Chinese in the Wigan/ Springfield/beech hill area. The salt and pepper dishes are so goo!, just the right amount of everything, not too spicy or salty. The salt and pepper boxes are delicious too!! The foo yung is very good, prawn toasts and the spring rolls. They do so many dishes and variations with different types of meats and seafood , there is something for everybody. Service is quick for delivery and if you're waiting to collect. Staff are nice, friendly and attentive, both at front of house and in the kitchen.

The best Chinese in town. Bit expensive but worth every extra pound. Ordered so many times and it is always extremely good. If you like high quality good food you gonna love this place. Tried few other Chinese places with good reviews, but they're not even close as good as Canton Chef, once you tried Canton Chef food, no other Chinese places ever be good enough lol This food makes me very very happy
